At Iron Oath Apparel, we believe in making gear with meaning — and getting your order right matters to us. If there’s an issue, we’ll fix it.
🔧 Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival?
If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

We’ll handle it quickly and fairly.
🔁 Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, and pet hair
💵 Refund to Original Payment Method
- A $5–$15 restocking fee per item applies
- Customers cover return shipping
- Refund = Product price – (Restocking fee + original shipping)
Return labels can be provided upon request; label cost will be deducted from the refund.
🔄 Exchanges
- Only accepted for the same product in a different size
- No restocking fee
- Customer covers both return shipping and shipping of the new item
🚫 Order Cancellations
- We cannot cancel an order after 6 hours from the time of purchase, as it will have already been automatically sent into production. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items (discount >30%)
- Personalized/customized products
- Accessories, drinkware, blankets, totes, and headwear
🎁 Holiday Return Deadlines
Seasonal/holiday items are not eligible for return or exchange after the following dates:

Holiday Season Notice
During the holiday and year-end period, order volumes rise significantly — which may cause slight delays in production and delivery times.
To keep up with demand, we may partner with trusted third-party facilities for printing and fulfillment.
But don’t worry — we hold every item to the same standard of quality and craftsmanship you expect from Iron Oath.
